Terms of use
Effective October 19, 2026.
These terms cover Pageful, a browser extension for Chrome and Edge, and the website at getpageful.com. "We" and "us" mean the people who make Pageful. "You" means anyone who uses the extension or the website. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Using the extension
You may install and use the extension for free, at home or at work. It needs no account. Every feature in the free version stays free.
Please do not copy, sell, or redistribute the extension or its code, or pass off a changed copy as Pageful. The extension's code, name, and logo belong to us.
Your captures
Your captures belong to you. We never see them, because they stay in your browser. You are responsible for what you capture and how you use it. Do not use the extension to copy content you have no right to copy, to break the law, or to break the rules of the sites you capture.
The website and waitlist
You may use the website to learn about Pageful and join the Premium waitlist. Do not try to disrupt the website or sign up other people without their permission.
Premium
Premium is not available yet. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a purchase, or any obligation for you or for us. If Premium launches, it will have its own terms, and you will see them before you pay for anything.
Browser stores
If you install the extension from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons, that store's terms also apply to the download.
Changes to the extension or website
We may improve, change, or stop offering the extension or the website. Free features will not become paid. If we stop offering the extension, the copy you have installed will keep working as it is, without updates.
No warranty
The extension and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. That includes any promise that they will be error free, always available, or fit for a particular purpose. We work to make captures accurate, but some pages cannot be captured fully or correctly. Check important captures before you rely on them.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or business, that come from using or not being able to use the extension or website. If we are liable for anything, our total liability is limited to US$50.
Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law there allows, and nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, except where the law of the place you live says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also say so on the home page. If you keep using the extension or the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
